Because the honest answer depends on your projects, seats and rollout. You get a figure in writing after the demo, scoped to your pilot — the same discipline the product applies to your quotes.
Who is A1 OS for?
Commercial subcontractors and specialist trades — roughly five to fifty people — running multiple live projects with applications, variations and retention. Directors who still do too much of the admin themselves.
Is this for domestic jobs?
No. Domestic work is well served by job-management apps. A1 OS is built for valuations, applications, evidence and contract exposure.
Does it replace our accounting software?
No. It runs the commercial side up to the money and works alongside your accounts package — it does not try to be your ledger.
Can site teams use it on mobile?
